Orders are dispatched from the European Union.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. METROSEXUAL ships worldwide. Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. For destinations outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking information.

How do I return an item?
To request a return, complete the Contact Form available on our website. Once your request has been reviewed, our team will provide further instructions. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

As orders are processed shortly after purchase, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
